* The prospective tenant must provide proof of employment
and agree to a credit check, both of which must be
satisfactory to the Landlord.
* The tenant agrees to abide by the building's rules and
regulations.
* The tenant must obtain and maintain, for the entire
duration of the lease, comprehensive home and property
insurance, including liability coverage, for a minimum of
$2 million.
The tenant must provide the Landlord with a copy of the
insurance certificate before receiving the keys.
* The condominium and the apartment are non-smoking
(including cannabis, vaping, or other substances), even on
the terrace.
* No pets.
* Short-term rentals or Airbnb-style rentals are not
permitted.
* No alterations or painting are allowed in the apartment
without the Landlord's written permission.
* The number of occupants must comply with the apartment's
occupancy limits.
* Electricity, Internet, all cable services, telephone,
tenant insurance, moving expenses are at the tenant's
expense.
